| FAQs on Minnesota Supreme Court Opinion for Saint Paul’s Coordinated Collection System Last Wednesday, October 16, the City received the written opinion from the Minnesota Supreme Court related to their August 22 order requiring the City to place Ordinance 18-39 that established the rules for coordinated garbage collection on the November 5 ballot. The ordinance will be on the November ballot. Saint Paul Public Works has pulled together a fact sheet of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to help answer questions about the coordinated trash collection.
