Join us for a series of brave conversations about our climate crisis with local leaders and expert facilitators. We hope to develop an understanding of the science of climate change, share stories about how it has impacted our communities, and work together to brainstorm solutions.

Facilitator: Lee Vue

Lee Vue is the digital content and marketing manager for Seiche, a full-service strategy and creative consulting agency committed to social impact. Her passion for the outdoors and climate justice is rooted in her years at YMCA Camp Menogyn and working for environment focus organizations. Her previous experiences include Mississippi Park Connection, Berkshire Outdoor Center, University of Minnesota School of Public Health, Bancroft Arnesen Explore, AbleTo, Willow River Water Trail and Mekong River Commission. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Camp Menogyn and Friends of the Boundary Waters Wilderness. She graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a degree in political science.

When she’s not immersed in creative work, she’s exploring wild places. She’s paddled the entire Mississippi River (2013) and Illinois River (2014). Through Camp Mengoyn, she spent 50 days paddling the Kazan River and Kunwak River (2007) in the arctic tundra of Canada. In 2016, her team won the Women’s Voyageur Division First Place in the Yukon River Quest, paddling 444 miles in 53 hours.
