Public Meeting on Predatory Offenders
Eight Level III offenders are relocating into St. Paul. At least one is moving into the Payne-Phalen area.

A community notification meeting about these offenders will be held Wednesday Dec. 18, 2019 at 6pm at the St. Paul Police Department, Community Room, Western District, 389 Hamline Ave N, Saint Paul.
