Building an inclusive work environment where diverse team members feel welcomed and valued is not always an easy task for team managers and leaders. Whether it’s managing the day to day work or facilitating difficult or complex conflicts, people managers are not only required to recognize the similarities of members on their team but also acknowledge the differences among intersectional social and cultural identities such as gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, age or disability.

Apply to join the exclusive Intergroup Dialogue Series of training workshops for team managers and leaders. Gain intercultural skills and workplace strategies to build and manage inclusive work environments where diverse teams engage authentically, address conflicts, and collaborate across differences.

Day & Time: 5 training workshops, every other Friday from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Dates: October 11, October 25, November 8, November 22 and December 13
Location: Wilder Center and the Wilder Center for Social Healing (see full schedule below)
Participants must complete the application to join and attend all five workshops
Application Deadline: Friday, October 4, 2019
