“Join us for an information session about the 2020 Capital Improvement Budget process.

This year, community members are encouraged to submit ideas that focus on designing Saint Paul for safety by incorporating a concept called Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED).

Project ideas will be accepted through Thursday, March 4, 2020. Learn more about the Capital Improvement Budget process, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design, and submit project ideas at stpaul.gov/CIB.”
