The City of Saint Paul is currently exploring ordinance changes that would limit the type of packaging allowed for “To Go” food. Similar to a current “Green to-go” ordinance in Minneapolis, food and beverages prepared for immediate consumption and to-go would be required to be placed in environmentally acceptable packaging.
