There will be a City Council Public Hearing on the CARP on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.  Public Hearings begin at 5:30 p.m., in City Council Chambers (3rd floor) in Saint Paul City Hall, 15 Kellogg Blvd West.  Russ Stark, Chief Resilience Officer, will make a presentation on the CARP prior to the hearing and then members of the public will be invited to speak.

You can provide your feedback about the plan to the City Council or simply come and show your support for the Plan and its passage. All comments previously received via the City’s website or via e-mail will be attached on the Council agenda for the Council’s review and consideration.  There is an online feedback form at the website above.
