Join author Cherie Dimaline for an author talk centered on her novel The Marrow Thieves, which is the 2020 Read Brave Saint Paul main book selection. Dimaline’s talk will be followed by a question and answer session and book-signing. This event is FREE and open to the public.

Cherie Dimaline is a member of the Georgian Bay Metis Community in Ontario who has published 5 books. Her 2017 book, The Marrow Thieves, won the Governor General’s Award and the prestigious Kirkus Prize for Young Readers. Cherie lives in Vancouver, BC where she is working on a new YA book, the next adult novel and the hotly anticipated sequel to The Marrow Thieves as well as the forthcoming TV adaptation.

Read Brave Saint Paul is Saint Paul Public Library’s citywide reading program that focuses on issues
