- Ramsey County Library buildings are closed to the public.
- Libraries in Maplewood, Shoreview and Roseville have Ramsey County Service Centers. Centers are a one-stop option to connect with a wide range of county services that include in-person assistance, appointment-based computer workstations and secure document drop-off boxes for all county services.
- Libraries in Roseville and Shoreview only: Grab and go service available. Patrons will have access to the request shelves and self-checkout stations only. Curbside service will be discontinued. Browsing access to other library materials is not available.
- Library materials may be requested by phone for curbside pickup at the libraries in Maplewood, Mounds View, New Brighton, North St. Paul and White Bear Lake.
- Curbside pickup locations also offer printing services. You can pick up tax documents, social service applications, online forms and website information by contacting one of the three libraries by phone or email.
- Library materials may be returned at all locations. Returns are not required at this time. Due dates have been extended and no overdue charges will accrue.
- Computer access is available by appointment at the libraries in Maplewood, Roseville and Shoreview.
- A Library account providing instant access to electronic resources may be obtained by calling 651-724-6001.
- Reference, tech help and reader’s advisory services are available by phone.
- Virtual programming is offered.
- Home Delivery program is available for eligible suburban Ramsey County residents. Call 651-724-6001, press 2, for more information.
- Ramsey County Community Career Labs are available at the libraries in Maplewood and Roseville. Labs provide services for COVID-19 impacted job seekers by reservation.
