• OSHA 30 General Manufacturing Certification w/ blueprint reading
• Electricity, Construction & General facility/warehouse operations & basic use of hand tools
• Employer Introductions
• Emotional Intelligence & Personal Empowerment Training
• Career Development & Preparation
• Resume Creation & Interview Prep
• Boiler’s prep and License
Participants who successfully complete the training will be interviewed for DIRECT HIRE positions with employers
• Starting pay: $17 – $24/hr DOQ
• Shift: Varies
• HS Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Misdemeanors are evaluated on a case by case basis
• Must have valid Driver’s License OR the ability to obtain DL
• Must be able to pass a general physical exam & a drug screening prior to employment.
