Purpose: Low interest loans to resident homeowners for housing renovation

Eligibility:
      
*Residence: Applicants must own and occupy the property
      *Income Limit: Gross household income must be below income limit shown in the    chart below. All income sources from all household members are included in the gross income calculation. Income limits are updated annually.
      *Property Type: Single family, duplex, triplex and fourplex properties are eligible.

Loan Terms: 
Monthly payment based on income and rehab loan amount.

Interest Rate: 
Interest rates are currently 1%, 2%, or 3%, depending on household income.


The DBNHS Revolving Loan Process should be reviewed before sending in an application and/or prior to the rehab loan appointment.
