ESNDC offers free in home blood lead testing (a quick finger poke) for children and pregnant women, free lead remediation up to $1200 worth of work by a certified Lead Certified Contractor, Free In Home Lead Assessments, and a Window Replacement program for homes with original windows whom have children under 6 yrs old living in the home or one that visits frequently.
