Pre-Conference Film Screening: Attend a free screening and discussion of the documentary film “The Released: The Cyclical Incarceration of Ex-Cons with Mental Illnesses,” Thursday, April 16 at 6 p.m. in the Metropolitan State University Film Space at Founders Hall Auditorium. The 2009 FRONTLINE | PBS documentary provides a rare and intimate look into the lives of mentally ill offenders struggling to make it on the outside.

#URMI2020 is being organized by Metropolitan State University’s Department of Human Services, School of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice, and the Institute for Community Engagement and Scholarship.
