Special speaker for November 18, 2019 meeting are: Andrew Novak of Capital Region Watershed District. https://www.capitolregionwd.org/team/andrew-novak/

Capitol Region Watershed District is continuing its efforts to promote our Stewardship Grant program, in which we provide grants to homeowners, businesses, schools, and community organizations to build projects that reduce stormwater pollution. This program not only offers water quality benefits, but community benefits as well. In an attempt to expand our reach into areas of our District which have been traditionally under-served through our grant program, we have recently added what we are calling an Equity Bonus to our Stewardship Grant program. Projects within your District Council that have good ecologic benefit may be eligible for up to 100% of the project costs!

Second special speaker for Noverber 18, 2018 is: Luke Hanson Transportation Planner for the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota. https://www.stpaul.gov/departments/public-works/projects/johnson-parkway-regional-trail
