Latino Economic Development Center’s (LEDC) membership will be electing 4 new members to serve on their board of directors. The board of directors is the governing body that represents the membership, provides strategic guidance, and vision to the organization.
Please be part of this democratic process and send us a nomination form for a new board member (form downloadable below). You can nominate yourself to become a board member or any other LEDC member in good standing.
The last day to nominate someone to serve on the board for the next term is on the last business day of February. Eligibility is confirmed, and biographical information is gathered in March, so ballots can go to the membership for their vote in April.
The winners are notified on the first week of May, and are introduced to the membership at the annual meeting on the second Wednesday of the same month.
Do not miss this opportunity to be part of the decision making body of your LEDC.
