This cozy 1912 home is located in close proximity to Mounds Park and downtown St. Paul. It holds a well-preserved period charm to the neighborhood. White and Harr have only lived in the home for three years, but they've actively been involved in painting, installing new kitchen counter tops and sink, refacing cabinets, replacing light fixtures, replacing sink and toilet, landscaping and adding a home office in the basement. The great love of their home is its private sanctuary-like backyard. They enjoy the yard from their deck in the warm weather, and in the winter they feel connected by a large triple sliding glass door off the kitchen.
