The Scary Guy was this year's Master of Ceremonies. Above, left to right, Dick "The Bluffalo" Lusk, The Scary Guy and Mrs. Scary Guy. Dick was in charge of entertainment and helped Scary with the MC chores. The Scary Guy introduces Conor and Friends, a surprise act that sang the first verse of "Old MacDonald Had A Farm".
 
Parade Grand Marshals Portage for Youth perform a song and dance number. Members of St. Paul Budokan demonstrate one way to turn big pieces of wood into little pieces.
 
Jerry Frasier, comic magician, had about a dozen kids come on stage to help him with his tricks.  The Payne Avenue Free Evangelical Church Choir filled the stage with their enthusiasm and music.
 
Students  from the East Metro Music Academy put their lessons to work with a song. Joe Sullivan (right), executive director of the East Metro Music Academy, practices what he preaches.
